THE GAP
Attention goes to what people do. Not much reaches what’s underneath it.
I kept noticing the same thing in places that have nothing to do with each other. An athlete has people for performance, a leader has advisors for the business, a family has school and the GP, an organisation has policies, and all of it is needed and all of it works. But in every one, the same thing sits just outside what anyone is looking at: the person underneath the role, what they believe about themselves, what's running when nobody's asking. It's not that this never gets attention, it's that it rarely does, and usually late. That's the gap I see, and where AwareMind Consultancy works.
WHO I WORK WITH
One gap. Four places it keeps showing up in.
The same thing goes unattended in very different places.
Individuals & leaders
Full diaries, constant decisions, high responsibility and a quiet sense that something doesn’t fit.
Families & young people
The part between school and the GP that no one is responsible for, and everyone assumes is covered.
Athletes
Where confidence and self-worth became the same measurement, and the result decides both.
Organisations
The people who hold the most and get asked the least, long before anything reaches HR.
THE METHOD
Beneath The Noise
Five steps, in every setting.
AwareMind helps you rewire limiting beliefs and build emotional awareness so change comes from the inside out.
Five steps, in order. It takes away before it builds, because clarity doesn’t appear on top of clutter. The same five run through the book, the programmes and the team work. Nothing improvised, nothing rushed.
01
Remove
The noise, and the demands carried by inertia.
02
Reset
Order inside, so decisions stop being reactions.
03
Add
What comes back in, chosen this time.
Shift
04
The beliefs underneath: worth, control, cost.
05
Create
The life that follows, on a real base.
HOW WE WORK
Start anywhere. Go as far as it’s useful.
One method. Three depths.
Which one you start with depends on you, where you are and what you want to work on.
DEPTH ONE
A session
One situation. One session. A different perspective. You bring the thing that’s been taking up space in your head, and we work on it together. It stands alone. Nothing has to follow.
The MindShift Session
90 minutes, one to one, no commitment beyond it.
£150 90 minutes
DEPTH TWO
A programme
Six or twelve weeks, one to one, when something substantial is shifting.
Beneath The Noise
Individuals and leaders. 6 or 12 weeks.
Beyond Performance
Athletes. 12 weeks, across four stages.
Wellbeing Skills
Families and young people. 12 weeks together.
£1,200 – £5,000 6–12 weeks
DEPTH THREE
A team
The same method inside an organisation, before anything reaches a policy. Delivered as workshops and training courses, shaped to the group: how many people, how much time, and what’s actually going on.
Anchored
A six-part training course, run as workshops with the same group.
Single workshop
One session, standalone or as an opening.
On enquiry
THE BOOKS
One gives you the steps. The other gives you the machinery.
BOOK TWO · WHY IT WORKS
The Inside-Out Formula
What sits underneath the five steps: how beliefs form, how the brain and nervous system actually change, and why your outer world keeps reflecting your inner one. So you can run it yourself.
ABOUT
You’re the expert on you. I hold the process.
Most people have never looked at what's shaping how they think, at beliefs formed early and reinforced over years, quietly deciding the quality of your inner dialogue. Nobody is broken and nothing needs fixing: we're whole by nature, carrying a set of limiting beliefs that have been running the show unexamined.
We live in a world heavy on consumption, and eventually it surfaces the same question: what do I actually think and feel underneath all of it? I've done that work myself and it has transformed the way I live, which is why this isn't a job to me. Nothing compares to building a life you don't want to escape from, and most of us are escaping in small ways all the time: into food, a screen, the weekend, the two weeks in summer. A holiday should be an add-on to a life you like, not the thing that makes the rest bearable.
We work it through together: I ask, you think, and what was tangled comes apart, until you can see the choice you have, because you have far more power over yourself than you think.
We meet the world with whatever's inside us. Build something you like inside, and that's what comes back out.
